Our weekly online dance classes are taught by a rotating roster of excellent teachers in a range of different styles. These classes offer a judgment-free space to move and be moved in a supportive and fun environment. Whether you take class regularly or haven’t danced in decades, these classes offer a wonderful way to be in your body, have fun, and connect with your dancer-self. If you are more comfortable with your camera off, we won’t judge! And if you can’t make the scheduled time, not to worry. Recordings of the classes will be available for you to use at your own convenience.
